Miracle in Progress Card using TGF Mom Anya

Hey Scrappy Friends,
     Today is monday and I hope this cold will leave us anytime soon. Anyway, here's my card for today and this is from The Greeting Farm Mom Anya. It's actually a set but I just used the Mom Anya for this card.

    I colored her with my copics and paper pieced her dress and added flower on her headband. I sewed all the edges of the background and then on the base of the card I used my Sakura Gelly roll pen to make faux stitching. I used my flower punch to add a soft touch on the card and I used dimensional paint for the center of each flower to make it look like beads. I'm trying to use all my old papers and scraps so I don't know what brand this one is. I used martha s. punch for the middle border and then I used my sizzix die to cut the scalloped oval and then embossed it with my textured folder. I used Bazzil bling for all the plain cardstock.

    I used my MFT fancy flourish die to make the beautiful flourish on the front of the card and I used the negative of it inside my card. I added flowers from my punch on the bottom of the flourish. I really like how it turned out and then I just added a white cardstock to have a space for writing. I hope you like this idea by using the negative of your die cuts so can use both at the same time.

Adorable Cards Boy and Girl Praying

Hi Everyone,

I made these cards few days ago and I forgot to post these here on my blog. I'm having a bad cold started yesterday and we actually past it around to each other. But my eldest son just had a mild fever the other day and after that it was gone, thankfully. Then of course it's my turn and I'm having the bad cold but I'm ok with that I'd rather have it than my kids. Hopefully, it will be gone soon...so many things to do in the house but it's harder when your sick.

Anyways, enough about me here are the cards that I made few days ago. I finally found these stamps images that I’ve been looking for such a long time. Aren’t they adorable…colored them with my copic markers and then the cross stamped image on the side I purchased it from M’s at a dollar bin that they have. I sewed all the edges of the card with my sewing machine and then just added ribbon, flowers and flat pearl beads for embellishments. Happy Birthday Card using TGF Blush Babette

Hi Everyone,

I’m back again with another card to share with you. I used the TGF Blush Babette for this card. Everytime I create a card like this I can’t get over the prettiness of the image, It just too fabulous and versatile image. I colored her with my copics and paper pieced her dress and shoes. I added sakura gelly pen and on top of it I added glossy accent on the lace of the dress and ribbon on her waist and her eye lids. I used my fiskars punch for the border and then I sewed all the edges of the card. Loving the stitching, it makes the card looked really finish. For embellishments I used cherry blossoms flowers from wild orchid and edge all the petals with my copic and sprayed it with iridescent medium. For the sentiment I added Happy Birthday. The inside I left it blank and just added border design. I hope you like this fabulous card that I made. Hey Everyone,
   I know it's been a while since I last posted in my blog. Febuary month is almost over can you believe that!? I've been very busy momma lately... and I wanted to create something but I couldn't. One more thing I broke my Big shot two weeks ago and I was so sad :( Started with a weird squeky sound on the handle when every time I turn it and it's difficult to turn at the same time. I emailed sizzix and they responded quickly and I had to buy some parts for the machine. But guess what I did, I know that my machine is about to break I kept using it until my die got stuck inside and I couldn't get it out! So we had to disassembled the machine...waaa!!! Just to take the die out and we managed to take it out safely :) By the look of my machine I just decided to get a new one. I purchased it from Sizzix this time so I can get the 3 yr. warranty this time :) I finally received it today and can't wait to use it.

Also, I wanted to share the banner that I made for my daughter she turns 2 this month, yay! We had a little party at home and  I wanted to share the roses that I received on Valentine's day given by my sweet partner in life ;)

Note: The cake I didn't make that I ordered it @  Konditor Meister.

Baby Boy Mini Shaped Album

Hey Scrappy Friends,

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I have a new Baby Boy Mini album to share and this is available for purchase at my etsy! I used S.E.I. Patterned papers, Tim holtz dies, Cricut Cartridge (New Arrival) and different varieties of my clear stamps. I used medium weight chipboard on all of the pages. For embellishments I tried to minimize it because it’s for a boy so I just added tulle, ribbons and twines. I used my bind it all to bind this album so I assure you it won’t fall out J. You can fit 30-35 photos in this album in different sizes, awesome right! I had fun creating this one and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Boy and Girl - altered 7 Gypsies Printers Tray Projects

Hey Everyone,
I have altered projects to share with you today. Today is a special day because it’s my other half’s birthday. These are one of the gifts that I gave him this morning. I altered these 7 gypsies Printers tray with our kids’ pictures in each tray and I used Recollections and MME patterned paper. My first time altering and I had fun creating these. If you are first timer to alter something I recommend you should try to alter 7 gypsies Printers tray. It’s already painted and you just have to add patterned paper, pictures and embellishments. Easy to create and the outcome is fabulous. I hope I inspire you to create something like these. Enjoy!

The Lady in the Tower - TGF Customer Challenge " A Night at the Bookstore"

Hey Everyone,

I'm so glad that I will be able to participate on the TGF Challenge The theme was "A Night at the Bookstore". I was so busy (personal stuff) on the day of the chit chat so bummed that I wasn't able to participate L But I’m glad that I made it to the TGF Challenge instead. So here’s my take I made a book card and my Categories fits in this challenge - Favorite Book (keywords: TGFCCN2, thegreetingfarm)

One of my favorite book was “The Lady in the Tower” She’s Queen Anne Boleyn, one of the wives of Henry the VIII. Their love story is very wild and scary. She likes to play mind games with the king and she was beheaded after three years of marriage. It was really good book by Jean Plaidy. The passion, the intensity the author captured it all.

I used the lovely Princess Anya no.2, I colored her skin and hair with my copics and then paper pieced her dress and crown with the graphic 45 patterned paper. I used Renaissance Fair by Graphic 45 paper for all the background. Then I added lace trims, rhinestones and flowers. I hope you like what I did for this challenge.

I'm here to share a baby girl mini album #2. I made this for someone and she wanted something similar to my first one that I made Sweet Baby Mini Album. I used S.E.I papers these papers doesn't come with the sentiments. So I have to create my own using my stamps that has to do with baby. I really like making shaped mini album. Also, I left the front page blank I will add the name later. So here's the mini album, enjoy!

My Fairy Princess card

Hey Everyone,

I'm glad to be back again with beautiful card to share with you. This time I used Wee Stamps and the image is called Silver Fairy designed by Sylvia Zet . I've wanted to color her since I got her sometime ago, I just didn't get a chance. But finally last night I was able to color her up and everything came to place. So to start I colored her with my copics but mostly I used nude colors as you can see here. I was experimenting with the colors and really happy with the result. If you ask me what are the names or numbers of copic markers I used I don’t remember, lol! I used my sakura gel pen for her wings to add some sparkles. I was trying to do monochromatic theme but for some reason I ended up with this, lol! I left the top right blank because I'm reserving it for the sentiment that I'm going to end up choosing, which at that time of creating this card I can't make up my mind. So I decided to leave it just like that for now. When I need it for something then I will definitely add sentiment. For the background paper I used pink paislee Butterfly Garden. For the embellishments I just added some flat pearl beads, flowers, doilie and trim. The background for the Fairy I created the same technique on my previous project. For the finish touch, I used my distress inks mostly on every piece of papers that you see here. So that’s how I created this card.

Happy Saturday! I’m back with another Tag to share with you all. Just having fun with this so I decided to used Download Diva Kenny K. She loves music so I thought of creating music note background J I just love this, so simply beautiful. I colored her with my copic markers and it reminded me to get more copics lol! I just used the same technique that I did on the first tag (stella). That’s it for now not much to say…I just hope you like what I created… till my next project, see yah!

Are you ready for Valentine's day?

Hey Bloggers,

Friday already, time really flying by don't you think? Today, love is in the air, I used Stella from the The Greeting Farm. She's ready for Valentine's day as you can see I colored her red with my copic markers. Also, I used Blush Hello and Blush Heart for the background. Don't you love those stamps are so versatile, love it! I used Versamark ink for the background stamps and then used clear embossing powder. I distress all the sides surrounded Stella just enough to make it looks like she’s glowing.

FYI, you might notice her face has a stamped “hey” because I was experimenting and I purposely stamped the blush hello on the image as well. I thought I was going to use a clear embossing powder it wouldn’t affect the image as much and I wanted to see what it looks like too. Actually in person you wouldn’t notice it, just the way I took the picture that’s why it was so noticeable. Anyway, I love how this tag turned out, it’s just sweet and lovely J

Bon Voyage Mini Journal

Hello Everyone,

Wow, it's already first weekend of January tiime really flies. I’m here to share the Bon Voyage Mini Journal that I made for a friend. I used the Tim holtz die Vintage Valise. I started with chipboards and then used manila cardstock to cover the chipboards. Then I used different designs of stamps to make my own pattern paper. After I’m satisfied with the design that I created I used my sizzix to dry embossed the manila cardstock. Then the fun part coloring the paper with my distress inks. Following with the tapping of embossing ink all over the background paper and then added UTEE powder and used my heating tool to heat set the paper and then I edged it with black ink. For the inside I used kraft cardstock papers and used my Vintage Valise die to match the cover of the journal. Then I just randomly stamped the side of each kraft cardstock with the images that I used on the front and back cover. I used jump rings to bind the journal. So that’s how I created this Mini Journal. I had fun making it and I hope I’ll be able to do some more of this kind of project. I hope you like this journal that I made.

Ball Ornaments as a storage/display

Hey Everyone,

I came across with the idea that I saw on Youtube mybutterflykisses12 and loved it! But the only thing is when I saw the video it was almost xmas time so I don’t have the time to make some Christmas ornaments. But still I went ahead to M’s to get some ornaments to use for next year. I got big ones and small flat ball ornaments. Also, I found some snow globes that you can make your own. So I grab those as well and all the xmas stuff at M’s are 70% off! What an awesome deal! So went home happily with all the bargains that I purchased J

Then today I was organizing my felt flowers that I love to make and use for my daughter’s headbands, clips, or to sell at my etsy or as an embellishments for cards, layouts etc… I thought of the ornaments that I had recently purchased. So I took them out and began putting all the felt flowers inside. I love how it looks and so I decided to use it for storage for my embellishments instead and at the same time I can display it as well. It’s good for party favors as well if you put chocolates like kisses inside anything that has a wrapper on and as long as it will fit in and out it should be fine and not to heavy. The hanging base that I used was from Ikea I purchased few months back. It was actually for xmas decorations and I was gonna use it for that but I didn’t get a chance. But now I’m happy that it didn’t go to waste and finally be able to use it. So that’s my share for today and I hope you ladies like it!

Wedding boxes samples

First of all, may we all have a prosperous new year! I need to make something on the beginning of the year so it will be a good start. I made some sample boxes for wedding to someone. The color is some what in the yellow family. So I hope this is close to the yellow that they're looking for. Since I made it might as well share them with you. Pretty simple designs and just added handmade flowers, tulle and doilie. Hope you like em' :)

Just a quick easel card to share that I made for my niece's friend. It's a Happy Birthday card and perfect for TGF Monday Fun day #13 Sing a song. The color theme is Purple as you can see it here and I hope she'll like it. I used TGF Birthday Anya II and colored her with copic markers and paper pieced the rest. I used DCWV designer paper Latte stack, it's an old paper but I still have a lot left and love that paper. Just added some Recollections flowers and my never ending doilie, lol! I hope you like it!

Merry Christmas Card using TGF Anya (Xmas Sweeties)

Hey Everyone,
My last Christmas card for this year, don't you think...lol! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I'm off to see my family today, yay! Sparkles is the first thing that came in to my mind when I started creating this card. I used TGF Anya from the stamp set Xmas Sweeties. I colored her skin and hair with my copic markers and then the rest are paper pieced. I added Sakura Sparkly clear gel on some parts of her santa outfit and hat. I used MME Blush patterned papers. The glittered background what I did was very simple, I used my score tape and adhered it to all the edges of the background papers and then added glitters all over. That's how I achieved my glitter background. I used Martha Stewart punch to add border for the bottom. The xmas tree imaged was from the inkadinkado clear stamp. I used Jenni Bowlin ink. Then for the embellishments I used MFT die-namics fancy flourish and banner. I added some pompom trims which I'm loving it right now and doilie of course and to finish the card I added some mini clear pebbles (not really sure about the name). Hope you like this card as much as I enjoyed making it.

Hey Everyone,

Yes, today is my birthday and what a sweet treat because today also is The Greeting Farm Farmers Market day, woohoo! Alright, onto my card I made this card for someone and I hope she likes it :) I really enjoy blogging inspite of my English is not as good as everyone else. I feel like this is another way for me to expand my vocabulary in English, yay! So pardon me if sometimes or maybe most of the times I confuse you with the way I explain on how I created each of my project. Anyways, this time I'm not going to explain on how I created my card because it's all the same concept just different designs of papers or color of copics etc...But if you want to know something that I made feel free to ask me and I will explain it to you the best that I can :)

Another Cheeky Xmas Card

Hey Everyone,

Wow, what an amazing TGF blog hop so many amazing talents out there! I had so much fun hopping and can't wait for another one :) Today, giving you guys a heads up, I'm doing the Cheeky Xmas marathon, lol! I must say she's one of my favorite, since I got her I can't wait for Christmas to come so I can use her so finally the time has come and I'm not wasting this moment, lol! Anyway, here she is...I hope you all like the card that I made.

I colored her with my copic markers and I as you can see all the whites on her hat and outfit a little puffy. What I did was first I put glossy accents and then added Martha S. chunky white glitter. I let it sit and then added more glossy accents so it will look really puffy. Then on the background I used my white cardstock and used my embossing folder. After I dry embossed it I colored it with my distress inks and Jenni Bowlin ink. Then I tap it with my embossing ink all over the background and then heat embossed it with fine clear embossing powder. There's a shine to it but it doesn't show in the picture :(

Then I made like an ornaments hanging right next to her. I used different colors of foil cardstock. Then for embellishments I added doilie, pom pom trim, ribbon lace polka dot trim, pearl trim and aluminum roses then last is the sentiment.

I have another one tomorrow and it's a special day for me so hopefully see you again :)

A Shabby Chic Cheeky Xmas Card - Joining The Greeting Farm Customer Blog Hop

Hey Everyone,
    So Christmas is just a few days away! I hope you guys are enjoying all the shopping and gift wrapping for your family and friends. I just have a few stuff to get and hopefully be done soon! Alright, here's my card for TGF Customer Blog Hop. First time joining in so I'm excited!

      I made a card using the lovely TGF A Cheeky Xmas. It's a holiday shabby chic card. First I stamped her image several times on a white paper and then colored it with copic markers and then paper pieced them. I added Sakura gelly pen to add sparkles and on the background paper I used MME Blush. Added glitter silver glue dots all over the paper. For embellishments I used my pearl trim, eye lashes trim, pleated polka dot ribbon trim, white feathers behind Cheeky, doilies and I made some roses using die-namics. Of course, gotta use my distressing ink for all the edges of the papers and doilies. So that's how I created this card.

It's time for masculine/cute Christmas card using TGF Ian

Hey Everyone,
Alright, one more week and it's Christmas! It's going to be a busy week and I'm excited to see my family! I just need a little break for all the feminine cards that I've been making lately. I think I need to bring out the cute TGF Ian so here it is! I made this card using only Ian from the stamp set Xmas Sweeties by TGF. I colored his skin and hair with my copic markers and the rest are paper pieced. As you can tell on all of my project mostly I used pretty much the same concept. I'm having fun with this and I'm always happy with the result. I ripped some of the edges of the paper background. I stamped a xmas tree image on the background paper behind Ian using Jenni Bowlin Stick Candy. It's very light but I like how it turned out just perfect. I wrapped some twines around the background paper and then also added some more twines on the gifts to make it more look like presents. I also dry embossed the "gift boxes" to stand out a little. I decided to add flower on the side just to finish it off. I hope you like it, hugs, Jas

Mistletoe Christmas card using Kenny K. stamped Image

Hey Everyone,
Christmas is so near eeek!!! Not done shopping and wrapping ugghh! Everytime BER starts, the time flies so wicked fast. But it's weird that I love it, lol! Anyhoo, I have a card to share and I used Mistletoe by Kenny K. I colored her with my copic markers and then on all the whites on her I used my favorite easy to use Sakura clear gel pen then added glossy accents. I used my sewing machine to stitched the base of the card and other background papers. I love the outcome of it, although I'm just lazy to use my machine as often as I want to. So I sewed all the edges with zigzag and running stitch. I distressed all the edges with my distress ink Walnut stain. I used Bo Bunny Blitzen papers and then stamped the image Christmas tree by Inkadinkado clear stamps on one of the background paper. For the sentiment, I used kaisercraft clear stamps. For embellishments just added ribbon and rose flower. That's it, I hope you like this card.

Merry Christmas an Easel Card Beanie Anya TGF

Hey Everyone,
Time flies, 3 more weeks and its Christmas! I’m here to share an easel card that I finished today. This is for my niece and I hope she likes it. I used Beanie Anya from The Greeting Farm. Colored her with my copics and then paper pieced the rest. I used MME Blush papers then I added doilie for the center. I also used my spellbinder Lacey die. I used my Cricut Machine to cut the tree and then embossed it with my snowflakes embossing folder. Then for the embellishments, I made a flower and added stick pin and I added rhinestones on her ponytails. I used Sakura gel pen for some parts of her hat and dress. For the sentiment I used Kaiserkraft clear stamps. Then for the inside I made a pocket to insert a gift card. So that’s my card for today I hope you like it!

Christmas Spirit- another 3D Paper Piecing

I'm here to share an easel card that I made. I used Sweet November stamps Penelope and Juniper. Loving the images and how it turned out. I stamped the image several times on a piece of paper and then colored it with my copic markers. Then cut the pieces and adhere it to the stamped image. I used a thick Vellum cardstock on this one just to experiment. I love the thickness of the paper and really like the outcome. I added sakura gel pen as you can see the shimmers there and on top of it with glossy accent. Love this set and thank you Amy!

For the card I used Kraft for my base and then dry embossed the designed paper and also the white oval scalloped cardstock. I distressed the background with my distress ink. Then on the oval scalloped I used my copic markers and sakura gel pen to color all the dots.For embellish I just added a red foil cardstock and punch it with my flower punch. There you have it, a cute card for Christmas! Enjoy!

3D Paper Piecing- Mrs. Claus

Hey Y'all,
I have another tag to share with you today. It's pretty much the same technique just different color of stamped image tree. Since I already posted on how I created this tag, lets focus on the "3D Paper Piecing" that I made using the stamped Image from Kenny K. Mrs. Claus. First what I did I stamped the image on the piece of white cardstock not once but several times. This is how I will figure out on how much layering I want to put on the image. Once I did that I will now color the parts of the images that needs to show and then cut the pieces out. And then before you adhere it to the image you will need to color all the edges of the cut out pieces, to make sure no whites on the edge that will show in that way it will look more finish. Then start adhering it on the image.

There are different ways on how you do paper piecing some they want it to pop up the cut out pieces a little bit. So it will look more "3D". It's a matter of what adhesives you want to use. But in this project, I adhered the pieces with liquid glue so it will basically look flat with a little bit of 3D shows. I will try the pop up technique next time and show you the difference. Christmas Tag using distress inks

Hey Everyone,
I'm back with another tag to share with you today and I chose to play with TGF Sasha Creeper Crew. First, I used Tim holtz (Tag and Bookplates die by sizzix) to cut the tag and then I used the stamp image from the Tattered Angels Clear stamps (Chillin'). Stamped it with versamark and then embossed it with clear embossing powder. After that I distressed the whole tag with different distress inks by ranger. And then used my embossing folder (snowflakes) to dry embossed the whole tag and then I tapped it with embossing ink by Ranger and to finish it I used my UTEE clear powder to heat embossed the whole tag to make it look like wet. Then added some ribbons.

For the stamped Imaged Sasha from the TGF. First time I tried to use distress inks to color her up and if you have time and patience it's fun but if you don't, like me I would prefer copics. But this is my very first try and I actually liked how it turned out except for the hair because I don't know how to spread the colors yet...but the skin, her dress and her shoes I'm ok with it. But I know I'm gonna need a ton of practice, lol! So here's the tag that I made, enjoy!

Easel Cupcake Card

Hey Everyone,
I'm here to share an easel cupcake card that I made for my niece last month and decided to participate this card on TGF December Designer Contest. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the 3 finalist but that doesn't stop me from joining contest. I want to congratulate all the 3 finalists who made it for the next round and best of luck to all of you. Now, I'm excited to vote and can't wait to see what their going to create next. =)

Of to my card, I used chip board cupcake shaped that you can get at Michaels. I used Birthday Anya II, colored her with my copic markers and the rest are paper pieced. I made some flowers and added rhinestones and used glassine paper for the bottom of the cupcake. Also, used Martha S. punches and added doilie on top of the banner. I made a stick pin with faux pearl and swarovski and stamped a sentiment and glued it on the top of the cupcake like a "cupcake topper". For the background I used MME and also I used Bantastic clear stamp from TGF and stamped it with DCWV paper. I used Sakura Gelly roll pen on her ponytail and shoes. Thank you for visiting!

Chill Out Card

Hey Everyone,
I'm back with another card and this time I chose to play with Miss Anya Snow from TGF. Loove her and the rest of the stamp set =) I really love this card and it just fell into place...when I started creating her I have no clue what I was doing until I grab some of my scraps and just started from there. It feels good to be able to use some of my scraps...you know what I mean. I used my copic markers to color her hair and skin and the rest I paper pieced. I added white chunky glitters on all the whites on her. Then I used my MFT die namics once again ladies =) and this time not only the Rolled roses I used my new Fancy Flourish die from My Favorite Things . I love this die, so much fun to use! I used my foil heavy cardstock for the fancy flourish and rolled mini roses. Don't you love these embellishments that you can create on your own...endless possibilities! Also, I added doilies as you all know love to use those as well. Added glitters on the bottom of Miss Anya Snow and Martha stewart punch. I used the TGF sentiment CHILL OUT stamp and added glossy accent on it. Added some flat back pearls and then on the background patterned paper I added faux stitching and then I distressed the paper and used my distress ink to finish the card. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did.

Beach Wedding Theme Card

Hey Everyone,
I just finished making this card for my sister who lives in a sunshine state. She had asked me if I can make her a Beach Wedding theme card. So I came up with this one which actually I already made sort of the same in the past. This time I cut out a circle and back it up with Lacey circles spellbinder. I also added sparkles on the water and around the sun with Sakura Clear gel pen to add more 3D. TGF Cheeky Rockabilly Card #18

Hey Everyone,
Happy Sunday! I just have a card to share with you today. I made this for my sister who just turned 21 few days ago. I chose TGF Cheeky Rockabilly I used my copic markers to color her and paper pieced her clothes. I used my Sakura Gelly roll pen (clear) to have shimmers or glitters all over the card. Then I cut some strips of paper and folded and I liked how it looked so I cut some more and put them sort of a flower. But I made just half flower because it wouldn't fit in the card so I just put on both sides of Cheeky Rockabilly. I used the background papers from my winning giveaway from Amy, thanks! Ok, ladies, I have to get ready and my kids or else will be late... ciao!

Sweet Baby Mini Album for my baby girl Lyra

Hey Everyone,
I'm excited to share with you all my mini album that I made for my daughter. It took me a week to finish everything but it's worth it! Mini albums for girls as you all know are hard to make because you need to put and create more embellishments and that's what makes it even longer to finish just one page. But I love it and I enjoyed every piece that I put in this album. It contains from the day that my daughter was born up to her first birthday, random pictures of her and a few of us with her. This mini album is bulky and a little heavy because I used medium weight chipboards. So inlove with this paper kit Simple Stories BABY STEPS. I'm really happy that I finally get a chance to use it. I used everything in this paper kit even the stickers and sentiments and I used all of the papers as in ALL! There's only a few stickers left in this kit. Ok, so here it is...warning it has 14 pictures so hang in there it's worth your time. =) I hope I inspire you to make one either for your loved ones or for gifts.

Baby Bump...Bling it on!

Hey Everyone,
Whew, I thought I'm not gonna make it for MFT Contest. I created this card for the MFT Guest Designer Contest. We are challenged to use BLING! You know I love bling all kinds. So I went ahead and give it a try... I chose this cute MFT Stamp set Baby Bump I have friends who are expecting and just found out my other friend just had a baby BOY! Just inspired me to make this card for the contest. I colored her knit-leggings and boots with copic markers and the rest are paper pieced. Also I used foil heavy cardstock for Fancy Flourish & Rolled Roses die-namics and for the Spellbinders N. (Lacey circles) die. I fell in love with the MFT die-namics first and then when I saw the WTG (Who's that girl) stamp sets...I fell in love even more and now I'm hooked and loving it♥!

Happy Halloween Card

Hey Everyone,
I made this card for Halloween and I used Naughty or Nice. I had fun creating this card and the background paper that I used here came from Amy Young from winning the giveaway. I made some rolled roses using the MFT die-namics, looove it! Always, use these for my projects! Of course, this card would not look as good without TGF Naughty or Nice . I colored her with my copic markers and then just added sakura clear gel pen to add shimmer to her beautiful dress. I also added shimmers on her eye lashes and her lips. I don't know if you can see it in her eyes I colored the inside with my copic markers. I really like how it turned out another discovery for endless experimenting, lol! Then I just wrote Happy Halloween with a red cardstock and back it up with black cardstock. Then added black ribbon to finished the card.

Tattered Time Mini Shaped Album #3

Hey Everyone,
Here's the mini album that I made. Pretty much the same as my very first mini album. This one I had a hard time cutting the patterned paper because it's sooo gorgeous! But I did it, I made a mini album, yay! My mini album doesn't have any embellishments, this one doesn't need it. Well, in my opinion, lol! I really want to make the most of the patterned papers and if I want to add some embellishments it's going to be from that paper itself. So will see how it goes when I start making a feminine mini album, lol!
Also, I may add I might start selling mini albums and cards at my etsy shop. If I get a chance to make some. =) It depends with my little bosses here, if they will let me do some lol!

Another Happy Birthday Banners

Hey ladies,
I'm here to share an oval scalloped shaped banner. I made this for my niece her birthday is coming up before the end of this month and I thought I'd share this with you all. I really love how it turned out and I hope she'll like it too. I cut the oval shaped with my Sizzix machine and then I used embossing folder to embossed the white cardstock. I cut the letters using my Cricut Machine the cartridge that I used was Storybook. The patterned paper I used DCWV All about Girls, love that paper stack cool for teenagers. Perfect for my niece =)

Then I made some roses and I must tell you these roses are very time consuming to make but they are worth it. The smaller the roses the harder to put together. But it's ok I love making these flowers, just only sayin'. I used to sell pieces of these roses in vintage style at my etsy but I stopped making it for now because I need to make some for myself, lol! I like to use all my scraps as much as possible and I love all the mulberry flowers out there but everytime I looked and see all the scraps that I have that are filing up, it's driving me crazy and the thing is I don't like throwing paper (wasting) especially I know I can turn it into flower that I'm able to use in one of my projects. So I gotta do what I gotta do, right...lol! Also, I used the Martha Stewart Butterfly punch. And distress inks and for embellishments I added some tulles and ribbons. I hope you enjoy these banners that I made and hope it will inspire you to create one not only for birthdays but for any occassions.

Totally forgot our 11th Year Anniversary - Card

Hey Ladies,
How's your weekend so far? I hope as beautiful as the weather here in MA. I made a quick card last night and oh girl...first time ever happened to me that I forgot our anniversary!!! For ten years I was so good and always prepared atleast a card or any thing that I can create before the day of our anniversary. But yesterday, my bad =( I found out when my lovey greeted me @ 12 midnight (which I always do for ten years hehehe...trying to make myself feel less guilty) "Happy Anniversary, my love" and my answer was "what?", and still surprisingly continuing with the question "What's, going on?" Then he gave me the looked like OMG, U FORGOT! Then i realized that it was our anniversary and I was so ashamed and don't know how to explain to him that I felt so bad and sorry I was. So I made a card, better late than never, hehehe...enjoy!

It doesn't show in the picture I stamped the sentiments first and then I heat embossed the background with Thick embossing powder after I added some distress inks and I really like how it turned out. It looked like splash with water, so cool! I was just experimenting and I'm more likely used this now with my upcoming project. The paper pieced that I did, I love it! Especially, Ian looks so good on him it looks like really his wearing jeans and his shirt so cool. Love paper piecing! I added sakura silver gelly pen on Anya's heart headband, her eye lids, her shoes and also the lines on her dress just too bad can't see in the picture. She's glowing with glitters and I added roses pretending it was a dozen of roses. Alright ladies, here's what I made a simple cute card. I was just pretending that it was us ten years back, lol... enjoy!

Have a Holly Jolly Christmas - Tag#1 - SOG- Digi Stamp Mistletoe Kaylee

Hi everyone,
Are you ready for some sparkles, glitters and shimmers? Here's the Tag that I made inspired by Amy . She made a tag with the SOG digi stamp Mistletoe Kaylee and I really like it. I've been thinking about making tags for coming holidays to give out to my family and friends instead of a card something different and they can hang it up in their Christmas Tree if they want or display anywhere they like. Since I have a big family spread all over different countries, I thought I should start making now, lol!

For the base I used thick mulberry paper with Tim Holtz Sizzix Tag die and back it up with recycled cereal box to make the tag sturdier. I colored her with my copics and prisma pencils. I added glitters on her dress and boots. The circle cut out behind her I used Manila cardstock and I used versamark ink and stamped the image musical score by Stampendous to that cardstock and sprinkled it with gold perfect pearls and then added some glitters on the edge of the circle. I used some embellishments tulles, alluminum roses, doilie and ribbons. So here's the tag that I made using Mistletoe Kaylee. Enjoy!

Fall is when nature turns to GOLD - TGF Blush Bonnie - Mini Layout Collection #2

Hello Everyone,
     Finally, I finished my Mini Layout Collection #2. Fall just started last week and although I'm a bit late but still better than never. I Love Autumn, it means Christmas is around the corner and here's what I created, I used The Greeting Farm - Blush Bonnie.      I did a lot of thinking on how am I gonna create this FALL THEME. I started with my Inkadinkado stamp Fall leaves, stamped it on my Ivory cardstock and inked it up with my favorite Distress inks and experiment a bit on how I'm going to achieved the color for FALL and bwalah! I'm happy with the color I created. I made a video on how I created these colors if you're interested.

    After that I started coloring Blush Bonnie and I wanted her hair to be black. I used my Copic markers to color her hair and skin and I paper pieced her dress with My Mind Eye's paper Totally Girl. Then I used my Prima Scripted Stamp not sure about the name of the stamp =(  and stamped it to my Ivory cardstock. The ink I used was Pumice stone by Distress Ink. Then I was just gonna adhere Blush Bonnie on to that cardstock but I was like there's something missing and I started ripping that paper into little strips and I thought of the basket and I started weaving the papers and used my distress ink to make it look worn out. So that's how I came up with this background for Blush Bonnie and then everything fall into place. I used the sentiment that I got from Joann's for a dollar. Then I added glossy accent on the name GOLD and put some gold glitters all over the GOLD name. Then I embellished it with Recollection flowers and also I added gold beads. I used my sewing machine to stitched all the edges of the cardstock, I inked all the edges first with my distress ink and then sewed with my machine. Then that's how I created this beautiful Mini layout, hope you guys like it as much as i do. Hugs, Jas

Hello everyone,
                   I have a mini layout to share with you today and can be a card as well. I've been wanting to color her since I got her like a month ago. I just have a lot of things to finish personal and unfinished craft wise. So, I finally get a chance to color her and here it is. I colored her hair and skin with my copic markers and the rest of the image I used Prismacolor pencils. Although, the background color very chrismassy,lol! I want her to stand out that's why I colored her like that. The image was designed by Sarah Kay from Stampavie. I found her designs while I was just browsing on the internet for new stamp to LIKE. And glad I did, I have few more of her designs that are in my wish list and can't wait to order those as well. =)
                  Anyways, let me tell you the rest of the details in this card. I decided to sew again, the last time I used my sewing machine was years ago before I had my kids. It's been over 4 years! But anyway, so I sewed some of the edges of the background cardstock and papers. I love, love the shimmers, so I added some Iridescent Medium pretty much all over this card, her hat, and pretty much all the edges of my card. But before that I distress the cardstocks first and ink it with distressed ink. For embellishments I made this tulle flower a long time ago. I used to sell fabric flowers in my etsy shop and I have a lot of left over. I went crazy making them for headbands, clips, you name it but good thing I did not adhere them to the clip or else that's gonna be not good to take it off. I added a strip of red satin fabric and tied it to mimic the ribbon and adhered in the back of the cardstock. Of course, have to add some doilie and underneath it I added gold shimmery tulle. The patterned paper was from My mind's eye.
                Starting today I will collect all the mini layouts that I'm gonna be making and make a mini album out of it. In this collection, I'm concentrating only the images that I love and usually when you make a layout you put pictures but this one are all gonna be my favorite stamp images. Also, I have a reason to use all my stamps than just staring at them, lol!

As always I had fun coloring them, I used Flutter Anya on the front of my card. I colored the fairies and flutter Anya's hair and skin with my copic markers. Their wings and dress I used my prismacolored pencils. I added some shimmery on their wings and dress I used Iridescent Medium and on top of that I put glossy accents on their wings.It came out so pretty, I like shimmers if I can put shimmers on everything I would, lol! I stamped the banner with my patterned paper and kraft cardstock. On a Kraft cardstock I used Blush hello for the banner as a background. The mushrooms I colored it with copic markers except for the grass I used prisma. Then I embellished it with rhinestones and roses. Also, stamped some sentiments. I hope you guys like it!

Happy Birthday Card - TGF - Geisha Anya

Hello,
Finally, I get to share this card with you all =) I've been wanting to share this card with you all. I made this card for my sister who lives in Japan along with the Cherry Blossom banner that I made for her. I made this for her birthday. When I saw this stamp at the TGF I was so excited I thought about my sister right away. It's so perfect for her and I know she's going to love this cute card. I made this a month ago but I couldn't show it to you yet because she might check my blog and I don't want to ruin the surprise.

Anyway, the size of this card is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". I colored her hair and skin with the Prismacolor pencils. I paper pieced her kimono with my que sera sera patterned which I love and her flower on her head as well. The background I used the patterned Que sera sera by K&Company and used white cardstock with dry embossed flower and distressed it with Walnut stain and Broken china inks on top of that. And for embellishments I used my Cricut machine with my Pagoda to cut my Cherry blossom tree. Which I really love how it turned out on the card and also I cut out a piece of kraft cardstock to stamped my sentiment there. And on the inside I made it like a frame but at first I was gonna cover the whole thing with the patterned paper and then on top of it cover it with white cardstock but I changed my mind and just made a frame style and stamped my image and sentiment on there. And I like how it looks. So that's how I made this card for my sister. Hope you enjoy it, hugs Jas♥

Layout for TGF Royalty Contest - I used Princess Anya no. 3

I'm back with another lovely layout project to share. A few weeks ago TGF (The Greeting Farm) had this royalty contest for 4 weeks and it was my very first contest ever that I joined and I didn't win on week 1 challenged then I skip the week 2 challenged due to my busy life as a mom =). Then on week 3 challenged I decided to try it again because it was really fun to create something. I had fun with the first one I created on week 1 and so why not do it again and I have time to do it. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to win week 3 challenged, yey! Thanks, TGF! So, to make it short... =) Now for the final round the FINAL FOUR winners are going to create another Royalty themed project either card, layout, altered item etc... with few requirements. I decided to create a layout and when I begin to create something I really tried to picture it first in my mind on what type of project should I do next and then creativity sets in... My style is more vintage/ shabby chic and add a little cuteness here and there. I'm into reaping papers the more mess the better. Love the look of vintage, It feels like full of life and it makes you wonder about the past. My all time favorite color is black, and I'm beginning to realize as I entered the scrapbooking world that there are more colors out there. I’m starting to love the colors after every finished project and it opens a new world and ideas for me. Here it is...

Techniques that I used for this project:
TGF stamped image Princess Anya no.2 I colored her skin and hair with Prismacolor pencils. I decided to paper pieced her gown and crown to make it more Royalty because I'm new to coloring so I chose the Graphic 45 Rennaisance paper to match it with the royal themed that I need. And I used Versamark ink and gold embossing powder. I chose the color gold for her so she stands out and I added glossy accents to her gown and crown and rhinestones for her ears and crown. For the background, I used distressing tool, ripped some part of the papers and curled it a little for added aged look. I accented it with doilies to make it more feminine. I distressed all the edges of the papers, doilies, inked it with distress ink, added some gold paint and sprayed it with my own glimmer mist for finished look. Then I used my handmade fabric flowers, added more embellishments, sentiment, charm, rhinestones, pearls, ribbon, felt lace and mini roses and I edged the papers with distressing ink Black soot and finished it with gold paint.
After all the fun that I had creating this layout. I remembered the book by Jean Plaidy (Historical-fiction ) about Queen Anne the mother of Queen Elizabeth I. She has long black hair and soft white skin her beauty is really fit for a queen (I'm not sure if she's royal blood) and she was the love of King Henry the VIII after Queen Catharine. I love reading history especially about royalty. One of the reason I joined the contest =)

Grunge Mini Album- My very first handmade Mini album

Hey Everyone,
Nice to be back after more than a week of MIA. I just finished my very first mini album, I love how it turned out! Like always, I'm excited when everytime I finished a project. So here it is it's a Grunge Shaped Mini Album. I used the Retro Grunge by Tim Holtz and adhere to the medium chipboard. Before that I used 12x12 medium chipboard and hand cut in to the lenght that I want. Then cut the patterned paper to the desired length and used my big shot with the Tim Holtz edge dies. After that I edged it with acrylic paint dabber in copper color and then to finish it with a distress ink color Black soot. So that's how I made the base of the album. I really tried not to waste any left over scraps from that paper and medium chipboard so all the left over medium chipboard edges and papers I tried to incorporate them in a way that will fit the album. Then I added some embellishments like grungeboard minis (letter's, arrows, keys, locks etc...), MFT die-namics die (mini rolled roses), and I made some pockets and tags. Buttons and rings are from my stash. I'm really happy with this first mini album that I made, I used pretty much all the left over scraps from that paper stacks. Happy Birthday -Cherry Blossoms theme Banner

Hey Everyone,
I finally finished the banner that my sister had asked me to make for her but I have one more banner that I need to make for her. Anyway, this one that I finished making it's a HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner. I've been wanting to make something with a Cherry Blossoms designs so finally I got the chance to make one. I'm into Cherry Blossoms zone right now lol! So here it is and I wanted to share with you all on how I made this banner. I really like how it turned out and I had fun making it. I hope she likes it =) I only took the HAPPY word for the picture to show, I'm sure you get the picture. Also, I'm not really happy about the quality of the picture because of the yellow lights that we have so I might change the photo tomorrow.

Double Gate Fold Card

Hello Everyone,

I'm here to share my latest card that I just finished. Again this is for The Greeting Farm Royalty Contest Week Three. Here's the link for the contest if you're interested: http://splendidstamping.blogspot.com/

I will start on TGF stamp that I used. Princess no. 3...she's so adorable my new favorite =) I colored her hair, face and skin with Prismacolor pencils. I paper pieced her gown with the patterned paper and then I added clear glitters and glossy accents. Her crown I used fabric 3D paint in gold and the rest is Prismacolored pencil to match her gown. Also, I added a touch of gold fabric 3D paint on her ears to make it look like an earrings =) For the card, my base is white cardstock and then I added kraft cardstock and on top I used patterned paper. To embellish the card, I decided to put flowers on both side where the gate folds and in the middle of the card I followed the sketch by Jessica for the contest. I just added a little extras here and there. The white dots are from the 3D fabric paint, it's almost the same as stickles but the only thing is this one is thinner but cheaper =) To finish the card I added some white lace trims.

Cross Stitch Galore!

Hello,
I just want to share the Completed Cross stitched that I made in the past. I learned how to Cross stitch in school way back when I was in elementary I remember. I had fun making these and very relaxing for me especially when you see the finished result. All of these that you're about to see are all sold out. It's been a while since I made the last one. The last one I made was the Viszla Dog when I was pregnant for the first time and after that I haven't get a chance to make another one. The only down side in this kind of craft it takes so long to finish. You need a ton of patience to be able to finish one, epecially the ones that I've been making they're not small size. But the good thing about this you only need thread, needle, Aida cloth and Pattern and you're all set.

Unlike scrapbooking you need so many things it never ends. But don't get me wrong I love to create cards, layouts and hopefully mini album. It's just sometimes, I get overwhelmed of all the new things pretty much every week or month there's always a new stuff that is really cool. Which sometimes I cannot past not to buy, but I know that you don't need to have all the cool stuff in order to create one. I'm sure you know what I mean...

Hopefully, I get a chance to make another cross stitch and I will share it with you. =)

Father's day cards

Hey Everyone,

I just want to share how I made these cards.The first card that I created is for my partner who is the love of my life. I used AC black cardstock, the size of the card is 9 1/2" x 4 1/4". I used TH Lost and Found patterned paper and used my sizzix to make the filmstrip frames (TH). The letters are from TH grungeboard, I embossed it with black embossing powder. I printed the pictures in B&W and cut them out to fit in the filmstrip die cut. Then I just adhere everything. The second one I made is for my dad. The size of the card is 5"x7", I added some die cut belt from sizzix die and I stamped the letters and hand cut them and added some glossy accents. Also I used TH Hanging Sign die cut and dry embossed it. To create the buckel for the belt. I hope you enjoy these cards that I made. Because I'm The PRINCESS in 3D layout

Just here to share my 3D layout that I made "Because I'm The Princess". I made this for the Royal challenge on the Greeting Farm Blog, It's a Fairy Tale Fun. I thought I give a try to join the contest that they have there... I had fun making this at first it was complicated because I want the castle to stand. I was thinking if I do the easel card style it will stand but it's not as straight as I wanted to be. So I thought of pop-up style like the one you do on the card...but the castle that I made is a little heavy so it won't stand. So what I did was combined the two together so this is made with Easel & Pop-up, so I just named it a 3D layout.

I used my cricut cartridge Wall Decor to make the castle and the stamped image is Cheeky Beauty from The Greeting Farm. I colored her with my prismacolor pencils and used some stickles to glitter her dress, garter hose and shoes. I made her look like she's sitting on a diamond but that's a swarovski crystals. The flowers are from Recollections and the red cardstock I made look like a red carpet and I used Martha S. punch for the edges and sprinkled it with perfect pearls to make it shimmery and I added some rhinestones as well. I used stamped image stars and used perfect pearls to make it sparkles. The only thing is it doesn't show in the photos and video clip all the sparkles that I put in this 3D layout.

Simple ways to store your Distress Inks/Color Chart

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to share how I store my Distress Inks and also the color chart that I made. I printed this @ rangerink.com. What I did was printed it at white cardstock and the other one is Ivory Cardstock. The reason why I printed it twice because most of the paper flowers that I make I used White and Ivory/Manila Cardstock. It's a cool reference chart and also a good way to see what Distress Inks I already have. To make this cardstock sturdy, I adhere a medium chipboard for the backing. As soon as I have all the Distress Inks, I will laminate it to make sure it will last for a long time. I'm pretty sure I will be using this chart all the time. I used stamped images first on a card and then I cut the sillhouette design on my cricut size 2 3/4". I adhered it with pop dots which I used often, I like to have a 3D effect on my card. Hello there,

      Here's what I made using TGF stamp Flirty Anya. I love the designs on Recollections cardstock and here I used one of the zebra stripes in black and blue. I paper pieced her hair, dress and flower on her hair. I added some glitters, cut out scalloped oval shaped using sizzix die and I used Martha S. punch. I used Prismacolored pencils to color her hair and skin.

      Ok, I'm really new to coloring and especially using Prismacolor pencils and I bought some stumps one is Loft brand that you can get at Michaels and the other set that I got from my local store (I forgot the brand name). Anyway, I thought they are all the same I used first the brand that I got from my local store and everytime I blend the colors it seems so hard and I thought that's how it supposed to be. And for some reason one day I decided to use the Loft brand and I was so suprised on how different the stumps on terms of blending the colors. I threw the one that I got from my local store and so happy that I purchased the Loft one just for my spare incase I needed it and sure enough I was right! Just FYI I'm new to this and just wanted to share a little about stumps what I discovered.

8x8 Layout using Greeting Farm Digi Image

Ok, last one for now...I made an 8x8 layout using The Greeting Farm Digi Image. I stamped different words and cut each of the words and distress the edges. The patterned cardstock that I use for this project is from DCWV (The Crafty Stack) so love this patterned cardstock. I'm not sure if this is new or old design from DCWV. Anyway, I made it really simple and I don't really need to do much with this layout. The zigzag stitch is part of the designed on the cardstock which is so awesome! I love this Digi image from TGF the only thing is my ink that I use for printing my digi images always bleed when I started coloring it with Prismacolor pencils =( I searched and I did most of all the tips and tricks out there and the only thing works for me is when I use hair spray to fixed it. But there's still bleeding and I don't wanna invest for another printer. So i'm a little sad about that I only have limited option on what I can do with those digi images hehehe... oh well, let's move on...

Birthday Wishes - C.C. Designs Cupcake Birgitta

Here's another one I created a Card using stamped Image from C.C. designs Cupcake Birgitta. So cute love this stamp image, I colored this with Prismacolor pencils and paper pieced her hair and the cupcakes added some glitters, pop up dots, inked the edges and I used embossing folders, scalloped oval shape die and Martha S. punch. The patterned paper I believe it's from My Minds Eye. Hope you enjoy!

Wall Hanging Topnote Frame

Hi Everyone,
I'm back...Here's the Wall Hanging Topnote Frame I made. You can display it as it is without pictures or add some pictures to make it more special. This is perfect for Father's day and so easy to make. For the backing I used black cardstock. I always have fun making stuff and everything is unique in their own way. I hope you enjoy this one if you have any questions let me know =)

Embossing powder
Stamp Images
Distress Ink
Ink for the edges
Embossing Folders (In this project I mostly used TH designs and just one Sizzix)

And here's another one I used only one design of the embossing folder and just plain no stamp image.

TakeOut Box for Easter

Hi everyone,

I made a TakeOut box =) I made these using Sizzix die, I used patterned paper and white cardstock to make the box. I used Martha Stewart punch for decorative handle. I had so much fun making these so easy and you don't need a lot of adhesive to put the box together. I made this for Easter Sunday for the kids and for the inside goodies I just put chocolates. HAPPY EASTER!

Cupcakes, who doesn't love cupcakes??? Especially, like these cupcakes that I made from bottom to top hehehe instead of top to bottom... well I make it from the bottom to top that's why. Available @ my etsy. It's actually a faux/fake cupcakes FOR DISPLAY ONLY! So nice for party favors, party decors, cupcake collections, or even as a birthday gift. These cupcakes are soo cute and I have a regular size cupcake and a mini size cupcake. My very first layouts

Hello Scraplovers,
Here's my 12x12 layout...and that's my son playing with a carton tube. My first time making a layout, it was fun.

And here's another one with my daughter. I had fun making those flowers, I used thick mulberry paper. Then I added Martha Stewart Butterfly punch and ripped some of the edges. I also added doilies and distressed it.

My First take on a Greeting Farm Stamp- Fleur Anya

An Easel made with Scalloped square shaped chipboard. I used Happy Birthday dry embossed folder and for added embellishment my handmade flowers and added Martha stewart punch butterfly and put some lace for the bottom and added trim beads. For Anya I used Prismacolor beginner level just FYI and for her flowers on her head and dress added some glitter, glossy accent and put some rhinestone in the middle of each flowers. It was really fun and my very first so I truly enjoy how it came out and looking forward to do some more project with all The Greeting Farm Stamps I have so far. Just a heads up it's quiet addicting, Enjoy!
